Kiat Phayak Muay Thai opened on 20 October 2026 with a traditional blessing ceremony, the way camps in Thailand have always opened. The mongkol is tied, respect is paid, and then the work begins.

Train with us and you learn more than kicks and elbows. You learn the history and the etiquette of Thailand's national sport, from the Wai Kru to the way you bow into the ring.

ฝึกมวยไทยกับเรา

Beginners, travellers who want a hard workout, and fighters preparing for a bout train side by side, each at their own pace. Every session is led by a Thai trainer.

Morning session 08:00 – 10:00

Warm-up and skipping, shadow boxing, technique, then rounds on the pads with a trainer. Bag work and conditioning to finish.

Afternoon session 16:00 – 18:00

Technique and combinations, pad rounds, clinch work, and sparring for those who want it. Stretching to close.

Private lessons By appointment

One hour, one trainer, one student. The fastest way to fix your form or prepare for a fight. Book by the hour or in blocks of ten.

New to Muay Thai? Come as you are. Tell us your level when you book and the trainer builds the session around it. Ask about gloves and wraps when you book.

Four Thai trainers run the camp: two former stadium champions and two trainers recognised among the best in Thailand. They hold the pads themselves, correct every detail of your stance and strike, and teach the ring craft that only comes from years of fighting.

Group sessions are small enough for each student to get rounds on the pads with a trainer every day.
